Message

Commissioner, Ms. Prachi Pandey, IA&AS
Dear Teachers,
Heartfelt wishes on Teachers’ Day 2025.
A teacher is much more than a guide in academics; they are the architect of a child’s future. From helping a child trace the first alphabet to guiding them through life’s important decisions, teachers walk every step with patience, empathy, and support. They shape not just minds, but values, dreams, and aspirations that define the destiny of our nation.

Mrs. Shahida Parveen
Deputy Commissioner KVS RO, Bhopal
Dear Students, Parents, Teachers, and the Entire Kendriya Vidyalaya Family, Warm greetings to all. It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Bhopal Region. This platform serves not only as a hub of information and resources but also as a reflection of our shared educational values, vision, and commitment. I am delighted to share this message as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Bhopal Region, under the guidance of KVS (HQ) New Delhi, continues to strive towards setting the highest standards of excellence in the field of national education. In a culturally diverse nation like India, education is not merely a medium of knowledge but also a vehicle for social harmony, moral values, and a strong sense of duty towards the nation. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was established by the Government of India in 1963 with the objective of providing quality, consistent, and uninterrupted education to the children of defence personnel, paramilitary forces, central government employees, and other transferable staff. Today, KVS has evolved into a powerful educational network not only in India but also abroad, where lakhs of students are being nurtured by thousands of teachers who are committed to imparting knowledge, values, and life skills. India's National Education Policy (NEP 2020) calls for a transformational shift in the educational system. It focuses not only on curriculum and examination reforms but emphasizes inclusive, multidisciplinary, and student-centric learning. In alignment with the guiding principles of NEP 2020, KVS has initiated several key reforms, such as: • Implementation of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) at the primary level • Promotion of multilingual education • Integration of art and sports into classroom learning • Focus on 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and digital literacy All these initiatives aim to prepare students not only for examinations but for life. Our dedicated teachers are not just providers of knowledge; they are mentors, guides, and motivators. Their role extends beyond the classroom as they inspire curiosity, promote self-learning, and shape students into responsible citizens. Through continuous training programs, workshops, and innovation, our teachers are committed to keeping their teaching practices updated and effective. We are proud to have such devoted educators working tirelessly for the bright future of our children. Students of KVS are recognized across the country for their academic achievements, discipline, and ethical values. Their outstanding performance in board examinations, and their excellence in fields like science, sports, arts, and culture, along with their participation in national and international forums, bring us immense pride. We strive to identify and nurture each student’s unique talents and interests, providing opportunities that allow them to reach their full potential. The focus in our schools has shifted from rote learning to holistic development. This is the era of digital revolution, and education is no exception. During the COVID-19 pandemic, KVS made commendable strides in adopting technology for online learning. We effectively implemented e-content, virtual classrooms, teacher-generated digital resources, and platforms like SWAYAM. We continue to work towards making teaching and learning more engaging, inclusive, and impactful through the integration of technology. In addition, our schools are promoting innovation through ATL (Atal Tinkering Labs), Coding Clubs, and Robotics Workshops, encouraging students to think creatively and solve real-world problems. KVS emphasizes transparency, accountability, and community participation in its academic and administrative activities. Parent participation in school management committees, regular open meetings, and feedback mechanisms help us strengthen and refine our operations. We urge all parents to actively participate in school activities, maintain regular communication with teachers, and provide a positive and supportive environment for their children at home. Our vision is not limited to academic excellence but extends to building an education system that: • Prepares students to become global citizens • Cultivates empathy, sensitivity, and compassion • Inspires innovation and entrepreneurship • Instills pride in India’s rich cultural heritage while embracing modern technology We aim to ensure that our schools uphold the triad of "Knowledge, Character, and Service" and contribute meaningfully to building an educated, empowered, and prosperous India. In conclusion, I would like to encourage all students to embrace hard work, discipline, and self-confidence in the pursuit of their dreams. Every challenge is an opportunity, and every failure is a stepping stone to success. To our teachers, I hope you continue to play a meaningful role in enriching the lives of your students. To our parents, I request your continued support in shaping a strong and capable future for our children. Let us all work together to create an educational environment where every student grows into a proud, capable, and compassionate citizen, dedicated to serving the nation. Thank you. Warm regards. (Mrs. Shahida Parveen) Deputy Commissioner KVS Bhopal Region

It gives me immense pleasure to put fourth before the readers the creative achievements of PM SHRI KV No.1, Neemuch (MP) The Education Reforms brought about recently also stress on creative learning rather than rote learning to find new learning to find new solutions to problems, to build a curiosity in the child so that he learns to have competition with oneself rather that to out beat others. Dear readers we are on the path of rejuvenation and the efforts put in by the students is commendable compared to the opportunities and constraints faced by them. Looking at smaller things, let us not lose the larger picture, identify and further strengthen the strength of our students. Give them he knowledge of their weakness and prepare them to face life with the requisite life skills. There is a glimpse of Kendriya Vidyalaya Neemuch conducting various activities for the overall development of the students and their year marked achievements.
