Scouts and Guides is an integral part of the Kendriya Vidyalaya organization and is followed very religiously in every Vidyalaya.
This Scouts and Guides is a voluntary worldwide movement. Its main objective is to always be “ready” to serve mankind and conserve nature. Scout related activities help in physical development, mental development, social development, spiritual development and emotional development of boys and girls.
It helps in building confidence and self-esteem in students. Through Scout Guides, children learn important life-skills, team building, adventure, education and entertainment. It helps them discover the world beyond the classroom, and also helps in all-round development. Various activities are organized throughout the year.
